Kent G. McCoy, CPA is the founder and CEO of McCoy & Associates, LLC. He
brings more than 34 years of audit, tax and consulting experience to his
clients. Prior to starting the Firm, Kent served for several years as a
manager for one of the “Big Four” international tax and auditing firms. He
began the Firm with the focus of offering large firm expertise to his
clients, along with personal service and attentiveness associated with local
firms.

Kent has first-hand experience serving clients in a variety of industries
including manufacturers, construction companies, retailers, wholesalers,
restaurants, professional services, not-for-profits, governmental entities,
and healthcare providers, among others.

Kent graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from Southern Illinois
University-Edwardsville and both he and the firm are licensed in Illinois
and Missouri. He resides in Belleville, Illinois with his wife Lisa.
